I feel like I should change the name of this section of the blog from “featured runners” (kind of vanilla, right?) to “bad ass runners!” Brad, my first runner, about whom you can read (including his successful 100 mile ultra marathon attempt), and now Rebecca, my smart, no-nonsense, music-loving, goal-oriented, beer loving, adventure-taking running friend . . . these are two bad asses who are usually too humble to admit that is what they are. Marathon Training, Week #13, March 27-April 2, 2017, and Week #14, April 3-9, 2017

Again, it’s been hard to find time to blog, run, and work.  These two weeks are “registration week” at school.  I’ll be meeting with fifteen students and their parents for thirty minutes or more to discuss and schedule their classes for next school year.  In addition to the actual meeting time, I will need to review their transcripts and current grades and attendance before each meeting.  It’s the most stressful time of the year at school, and it leads right up to Spring Break (much needed after twelve straight weeks of classes since the semester started).
