Although this is not a part of my training plan as written out by Coach Angie of the Marathon Training Academy, I am highly interested in the Maffetone training method. This method is about building a stronger aerobic base, ultimately allowing you to run faster and stronger. It’s based upon heart rate training. Continue reading
